What’s our process for building brand messages and identities?

Whether you need to overhaul your entire corporate brand or simply figure out the brand message for your new product/service, our five-step roadmap will get you there faster.

Roadmap

  1. 1,001 Questions – We interview you (and if appropriate, your leadership team, employees, and customers) to uncover your brand’s strengths – identifying what’s working, what isn’t, and what you need to say next.
  2. Showroom Window – We identify the single most important thing your brand needs to communicate. (i.e., What goes on display in your “showroom window”?)
  3. Insider Branding – At this stage, we create your actual brand message and brand identity.
  4. Flight Check – We review the brand message and brand identity with your leadership team, make sure it fits, and make any necessary refinements.
  5. Go – We’ll show you how to apply your new message and identity to various customer touch points as well as internal communications.
